This is our continuation of Porsche 356 Speedster in phases of paintwork and assembly.
Allard Windscreens
Custom fabricated windscreens to owner’s specifications. Fabricated polished aluminum base and lens cap contoured to exacting body fit. Polycarbonate windscreens custom heat formed over fabricated aluminum mold.
Ford Thunderbolt Aluminum Bumper
Partial fabrication and restoration of aluminum bumper.
Fabrication of left side Ford Thunderbolt bumper end. Template for welding new section. Completed bumper with new section welded in place. Entire Ford Thunderbolt bumper metal finished and polished.

1967 Porsche 911s Begins Restoration
Demonstrates structural repairs to be indistinguishable from original.
Body shell of Porsche 911s being sanded and prepared for etch primer after having been dipped. A protective coat of etch primer applied to vehicle as metal work is to proceed. Major rust sections on Porsche 911s removed prior to dip. Newly installed motor mount supports for Porsche 911s. Newly installed rear shelf and seat pans. A total of 14 parts welded as per original and metal finished prior to etch primers. Installation of a few of the front structural panels required for the Porsche 911s. Newly installed front pan, lower structure with suspension mounts and reinforcement, lower side walls. Welded as per original and lead finished as needed.
1934 Rolls-Royce Wood Reconstruction
This post demonstrates our woodworking skills in reconstructing a coach built vehicle.
Preparing wooden body of 1934 Rolls-Royce for repairs. Removal of rear face of Rolls-Royce. Development of rear wooden face from ash. Development of rear body of 1934 Rolls-Royce Wood Reconstruction. Completed rear face and repaired hatches. Completed new wooden roof structure of Rolls-Royce. Repaired lattice roof insert with ash slats. Lattice roof insert installed in 1934 Rolls-Royce for final fitting Development of left side cowl and “A” pillar. Completed development of cowl wooden structure. Completed sides with new insert panels, horizontal stays and belt line. Set up on milling machine to radius length of new running boards. Newly constructed running boards for 1934 Roll-Royce.
Fabrication of Hudson Fuel Tank
This post demonstrates our skills in fabrication of a Hudson fuel tank with the use of our Pullmax machine and die making.
Fabricated Pullmax dies to emboss fuel tank skin as per original. Using Pullmax machine to emboss Hudson fuel tank outer panel. Completed embossing of Hudson fuel tank outer panel. Rolling embossed outer panel of Hudson fuel tank. Interior structure installed. All interior surfaces of Hudson fuel tank tin coated for protection as per original. Fabricated end plate with fill neck. Completed Hudson fuel tank ready for paint. Completed Hudson fuel tank ready for installation.

Newly machined steel tube and brass filter components. Assembly mock up of Ferrari Fuel Pick Up Tube. Assembled Ferrari Fuel Pick Up Tube with brass filter screen. Tin coated and soldered assembly.
